Handmade half-moon shaped pasta filled w/ pork sausage. It should be frozen until dropped into the boiling water. Comes w/ a side of brown butter & sage sauce.

Ingredients: Caputo “OO” flour, egg yolks, egg whites, olive oil, pork shoulder, onion, garlic, red pepper, butter, sage, salt, black pepper
