Protein 1: Grilled Flank w/ Charred Tomatillo Salsa Verde
Protein 2: Seared Pork Tenderloin w/ roasted cremini mushroom sauce
Starch: Roasted Root Veggies w/ parsnip, carrot, sweet potato & leek
Vegetable 1: Roasted & Smashed Plantains w/ coconut milk 
Vegetable 2: Beet & Roasted apple w/ ginger, walnut, lemon, olive oil
Salad: Sweet & Sour Kale w/ raisin, almond, carrot & lemon tahini vin
Stew: Thai Fish stew w/ ginger, garlic, shallot, lime, coconut & chile
Dessert: Lemon cake made w/ almond & coconut flour, honey, & eggs
