Travis catered my office’s Christmas party for 16 and did a wonderful job. The food was fresh and mostly prepped on site, but the kitchen was all clean when the guests arrived. The four courses + appetizers were all unique and not the “usual” fare that most caterers seem to do. My staff loved the food and Travis was fun to have around, as well. He did a great job introducing the food and interacting with the guests and answering questions. Would strongly recommend him for your event!

Travis is an absolutely fabulous chef who brings a wonderful, fun and positive energy to his work. He cooked for us when we were vacationing with a houseful with people who had a variety of dietary preferences (lactose intolerant, vegetarian and meat-lovers). I was amazed at how he managed to cook dishes that worked for all of us! In particular, the corn, tomato and caramelized onion succotash was delicious.
